We’re excited to share that the Eduvos Durban International Book Fair returns this year, from 27 November to 1 December, and will be held at our Eduvos Durban (Umhlanga) campus, located right in the heart of Africa’s first UNESCO City of Literature!
This year’s theme, "Once Upon a Time…", sets the stage for a magical journey into the world of books, stories, and imagination, with a special focus on young readers and the importance of reading with comprehension. Together, we’re helping to “Make South Africa Read Again” by inspiring a lifelong love of reading.
The Eduvos Durban International Book Fair offers an exciting lineup of local, continental, and international authors, along with interactive workshops on topics like publishing, cover design, editing, and more. Whether you’re a book lover, an avid reader, a budding author, or just someone who enjoys the magic of storytelling, this festival promises something for everyone.
And if you’re a collector or looking for that next special find, don’t miss the array of books on offer—from bestsellers and rare editions to unique finds from antiquarian dealers. Special offers from major publishers will also be available throughout the event.

We look forward to welcoming students, teachers, scholars, and book enthusiasts of all ages to this prestigious event, where they will have the opportunity to meet renowned authors from both local and international communities.”
