Tailored for both personal and professional growth, this programme takes a fresh approach by prioritising real-world applications over heavy theoretical content.
What is the NextGen Programme about?
As a forward-thinking institution, we aim to empower our students with the skills they need to navigate the challenges of the modern world and thrive in both their academic and professional pursuits.
This programme adopts a holistic and interdisciplinary approach, offering a curated selection of online short webinars delivered by thought-provoking guest speakers, and will also include collaborative activities. The overarching goal of the NextGen Mastery Programme is to enhance personal and professional development among our returning students and staff.
What can you expect?
Participating in the programme offers a valuable opportunity for both students and staff to enhance their academic and professional journey. Participants can expect to gain diverse skills that go beyond the boundaries of traditional academic disciplines. As this course is completely online, it offers you the flexibility to complete content from the comfort of your own space.
The programme consists of several webinars. These webinars will serve as hubs for networking, allowing students and staff to connect with professionals, experts, and peers from diverse backgrounds. This networking experience can lead to valuable collaborations, mentorship opportunities, and the exchange of ideas, enriching both academic and professional networks. Exposure to industry professionals, and potential employers, provides a platform for showcasing skills and making a positive impression within the professional community.
